As the Senior Demand Generation Specialist, your primary goal is to drive lead generation and pipeline growth through various marketing channels.
- Develop and execute demand generation strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation targets.
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid advertising, content marketing, webinars, etc.) to attract and engage target audiences.
- Optimize conversion rates and improve the quality of leads generated.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and content marketing, to align campaigns with company objectives.
- Continuously measure and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in demand generation.
Your responsibilities as a Demand Generation Senior Specialist include:
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end demand generation campaigns.
- Plan and execute paid advertising, sponsored content, content syndication, partner marketing campaigns.
- Develop assets like whitepapers, eBooks, webinars, blog posts, etc.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in the IT sector.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to drive results.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- 100% remote work with a Consulting Services Agreement (we hire worldwide, and digital nomads are welcome).
