Action1 Commits to Hosting Data of India-Based Customers in India

Houston, Texas, January 29, 2026

In response to overwhelming demand from customers and partners in India, Action1 is pleased to announce its commitment to begin hosting customer data within India by April 1, 2026, in alignment with the Government of India’s data localization requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, RBI, and IRDAI guidelines.

This initiative reflects Action1’s continued investment in the Indian market and its focus on meeting local regulatory, data residency, and privacy requirements.

Action1 is actively working toward establishing India-based data hosting capabilities to enable eligible customers to store and process their data within Indian territory, while maintaining the same high standards of security, availability, and performance offered globally.

Additional details regarding availability and customer onboarding will be shared closer to the launch date.
