Shows all Windows user profiles on workstations, with user name, SID, last usage time, user profile path and more

Windows User profiles contain all user data related to individual users when they log in to workstations. Each profile includes registry settings and data folders (such as Documents, Downloads, Music etc).

Action1 lists all Windows users profiles on each endpoint so you can understand where your users logon, where is the user profiles are stored, and what was the last time they logged on. This free tool is an alternative to running PowerShell scripts, WMI queries (Win32_UserProfile objects), Windows Profile Tool (Profile Manager) and command line tools that read user profile registry (Profile List registry key) and load information about roaming user profiles and local user profiles, show Window user profile path and more. You can also create alerts when new Windows user profiles are created or profile configuration changes (such as user profile path is modified).

Sign-up for Action1 Free Edition to receive real-time alerts and view instant data from your endpoints, such as alert on User Profiles created, deleted or modified or run live or scheduled queries with the ability to export to CSV or Excel. Action1 Endpoint Security Platform is entirely SaaS, with online web interface (no management tools to install) and it has zero cost for basic functionality. Running in the Cloud, Action1 discovers all of your endpoints in seconds and you can query your entire network in plain English.
