Alex is CEO and Co-Founder of Action1, an autonomous endpoint management platform built for long-term, founder-led success. A seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years in business and technology and a Ph.D. in information security, Alex previously co-founded Netwrix, a cybersecurity company that grew into a multi-billion-dollar industry leader. At Action1, he is committed to redefining how organizations preempt cyberattacks by staying focused on sustainable innovation—not short-term wins. He lives in Irvine, CA, with his wife and three children.
Mike is President and Co-Founder of Action1, where he drives product strategy and go-to-market execution. A serial entrepreneur with a strong background in technical leadership, Mike also co-founded Netwrix, a multi-billion-dollar cybersecurity success. Like Alex, he is deeply committed to keeping Action1 founder-led, building it with a long-term vision rather than aiming for a quick exit. Mike lives in Laguna Beach, CA, has five children, and is an avid surfer and environmental advocate.
